I’m about to graduate from the University of Lincoln where I’ve been for the past three years studying Interactive Design; a forward-thinking course where we tread the line between design, code and technology in the pursuit of innovative new ideas. Coming from a background where I’ve been encouraged to both design and code has made me sort of ‘design neutral’ so while I practically dream in code, everything I build is pixel perfect and I’m a bit of a visual perfectionist. The course was big on ideas and everything I’ve worked on has had a strong emphasis on the initial concept, whether that’s to sell, educate or simply make people smile.
I love the web and a lot of what I do has a web focus. My work is a combination of mobile and web applications as well as environmental installations that are based on web technologies. I enjoy being creative with code, finding new ways of doing things and making things that are just plain fun to use.
